Since we are dealing in perishable products, we do not accept any returns. In case you have received a product that you are not happy with then please contact us on our Customer Care line or drop in an email at guthealth@hillsorbfermentory.comRefunds (if applicable) 

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
