Shipping Policy

Hillsorb Kombucha is dedicated to bringing you it’s products in the most efficient way possible at your doorstep and we have tied up with some of the best courier services that endeavor to make all deliveries happen quickly and correctly. However, there are a few things that you, as our valued customer, need to know about our Shipping Policy:

We ship all over India.

We give free shipping on all orders.

If the delivery is not made, or the customer is not available at the delivery address, the courier company will hold the product for 3 days and will then return it back to the Hillsorb Fermentory office.

It is the customer’s responsibility to mention any specific delivery instructions (i.e. ‘if out, leave with neighbour’ or ’round back of house’ etc) in the special instructions box while placing the order. If there are no instructions, then in case of a failed delivery, any additional charges incurred will have to be paid for by the customer.

Instructions need to be given if the customer wants the goods to be left at the address without a signature. This should only be done if the customer is sure that the package/ goods will remain safe as neither Hillsorb  Kombucha nor the courier company will accept liability for the loss of goods in this case.

Once the order has been processed, and the package has been dispatched to the courier company, any request by the customer to change the delivery address will incur an additional charge.

PROCESSING TIME FOR DELIVERY:

All our prepaid orders are shipped within 24-48 hrs.

Orders placed over the weekends are dispatched on Mondays.

CANCELLATION:

No cancellation request will be entertained once the order has been shipped. We also reserve the right to cancel any order.

FAULTY / DAMAGED GOODS:

At Neer Kombucha, we believe that any item purchased should be of top quality and fit for its intended purpose. Thus, in case of a faulty product, depending on the nature of the fault and on the time period for which the customer has had the goods. We assure you that if any problem arises, we aim to resolve the issue as soon as possible and within a reasonable time. If you receive damaged products, please take a picture of the damage and write to us at guthealth@hillsorbfermentory.com to notify us of the issue. We will replace any damaged products at no cost to you or process a refund for the same.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Since we are dealing in perishable products, we do not accept any returns. In case you have received a product that you are not happy with then please contact us on our Customer Care line or drop in an email at guthealth@hillsorbfermentory.com

Refunds (if applicable) 

Once your refund request is received and inspected, we will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
